Five stages with a twist in the middle
This is the one occasion where difficulty genuinely climbs. The third stage is the heaviest, arriving right when the teams are sure they have the game figured out, and it is the stage that produces the conversations people have afterwards.
Missions lean on teamwork and thinking. They cannot be solved alone, and they cannot be solved until somebody on the team gives up being the one who decides.
Objective scoring
There are no judges, so there is nothing to argue about. An answer is checked against the server, an arrival against the real location, and time is measured automatically. The leaderboard is a fact, not a decision.
Afterwards you get a full report per team: what they answered, how long it took, and where they got stuck. It exports to a spreadsheet.
